Named-System Offer template

Our build of the paid-landing pattern that sells one named HVAC system at a written price, instead of "free estimate" and nothing else. Structure modelled on a competitor's client template; wording, markup and code are ours.

Northwind Comfort

The template rendered with fictional sample data so the layout, scheme and the working two-step form can be judged end to end. Not a real company; every figure is illustrative.

The template itself

The same page with its {{TOKEN}} fields unfilled. The red banner at the bottom is the build-time guard firing: a page carrying any unreplaced token must not ship.

How it is built

Two front ends

Static HTML and Elementor

One self-contained HTML file, and the same page as an importable Elementor template for WordPress clients. Both carry the exact scheme (blue chrome, green pill CTAs, Mulish) and the same two-step form.

Both live in the repo →
Fixed by construction

What the original got wrong

The competitor template ships with no form, no headings, fake "recently booked" social proof and placeholder review counts left in. Ours has a working form, a real heading outline, no fake proof, and a guard that refuses to ship an unfilled token.

The teardown →

Not shown here: the raw HTML file, the Elementor JSON, the fill script and the competitor capture all live in landing-pages/templates/named-system-offer/. This page hosts only the two rendered examples so the work can be looked at without a local server.
